Right to Use
We hereby grant visitors and/or registered users the right to view and use the material found on this website subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement. Active Academics® reserves the right to add or remove content without notice to the user. You may download and/or print a copy of information provided in this service for your personal use only in a manner consistent with the COPYRIGHT section of this agreement. User Agreement

The information available on Active Academics® may include intellectual property that is protected under the copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws of the United States and/or other countries ("Intellectual Property Laws"). Such intellectual Property Laws generally prohibit the unauthorized reproduction, distribution or exhibition of all text, photographic and graphic (art and electronic) images, music, sound samplings and other protected materials. The violation of applicable intellectual property laws may give rise to civil and/or criminal penalties.

Active Academics® is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation warranties, of title, non-infringement, or implied warranties of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose. Neither Active Academics® nor eLearning for Kids, Inc. warrant that any information is complete or accurate, that Active Academics® will be uninterrupted or error free or that any information is free of rogue programming.
Review of Submissions
Active Academics® reviews all activity idea submissions prior to publishing on the website. Activity submissions may be modified with respect to grammar, spelling, and general punctuation. Active Academics® reserves the right to remove and / or block submissions and other communication that is determined to be (a) abusive, libelous, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright or trademark or other intellectual property right of another, or (d) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to Active Academics®.

Operation
Active Academics® reserves complete and sole discretion with respect to the operation of Active Academics®. We may, with or without notice: (a) modify user accounts; (b) subject to the Privacy Policy, make available to third parties information relating to Active Academics® and aggregate information about users; and (c) withdraw, suspend or discontinue any functionality or feature of Active Academics®.

Active Academics® is copyrighted material. Unauthorized publication of any of the Active Academics® materials, including artwork, logo, or any photograph is strictly prohibited unless express written permission is obtained from eLearning for Kids, Inc. Publication extends to all electronic formats (e.g., Websites, email, etc.), as well as printed materials. Licenses and Activity Submission
The user agrees to grant Active Academics® a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license, with the right to sub-license, to reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of, publicly display and publicly perform any materials and other information (including, without limitation, ideas contained therein for new or improved products or services) users submit to public areas of Active Academics® by all means and in any media now known or hereafter developed. Users hereby waive their moral rights in any such materials and information, and hereby warrant that any such materials and information are original with the user, or that the users have the right to submit such materials and information. Users agree that they shall have no recourse against Active Academics® for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in their communication to us.
Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Active Academics®, it's officers, directors, employees, agents, information providers, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from any violation of this agreement or any activity related to the user's account (including infringement of any third party's U.S. and/or worldwide intellectual property rights or negligent or wrongful conduct) by the user or any other person accessing the site with a registered user's username and password.
Submission Publication Incentives
Active Academics® may contract with a third party for the purpose of providing incentives for published activity ideas. In such cases where incentives are applicable, the user may only receive an incentive one time during the promotion period (1 year). The user agrees that any subsequent activity ideas that are selected for publication within the promotion period (1 year), will not be rewarded with additional promotion incentives. Active Academics® reserves the right to modify the incentive policy without notice to the users when necessary.
